Featuring contemporary oriental design and décor amidst a fine dining ambience along with a revamped menu, Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant offers both exquisite fusion and authentic Chinese cuisine created by our Master Chef. Opened in December 2007, Jia Wei has since revolutionised the art of modern Cantonese cuisine with its wide selection of elaborated Cantonese cuisine, traditional Hong Kong dim sum and an extensive list of wine labels to complement each meal.  The cuisine specialties at Jia Wei include the best Traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum (香港传统点心), Peking Duck (北京烤鸭), Live Seafood (活海鲜) and Double Boiled Soup (炖汤).
 
Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant is also featuring Executive Lunch and Dinner Set Menus (特色套餐) tailored for the busy executives.  Yum Cha or best known as traditional Chinese High Tea, is also available at Jia Wei every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm for dim sum lovers.  Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant is set to cater every customer gusto, with a wide variety of delightful and tasteful dishes for fine dining.
